Brief Description of Role:
Front line counter operations with proficiency in customer service and cash handling skills.Processing of standard documentation;
Handling of day- to- day operations, meeting targets and strong focus on serving customers in an efficient and effective manner.
Complying with operational procedures.Answering enquires from members and external parties using a detailed knowledge of specific business activities
About you:

Previous Retail,Cash Handling or Financial Service experience

Strong Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills – Verbal & Written

A desire to work in a target driven environment

Willing to work on a rotating roster at various locations in Sydney

Good team player

Advanced user experience in MS EXCEL, WORD & OUTLOOK
