With over 120 brands and 8,000 products, there is plenty of buying to be done!
We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and motivated buyer who can help drive the business to the next level.
Reporting directly to the business owners the key role responsibilities would be:

Strategic and replenishment buying for our top level brands

Support and deliver on budgets and ensure targets are reached

Develop weekly and monthly sales analysis reports
-
Ensure the achievement of sales targets

Source and develop promotional activity from our suppliers
-
Ensure products are optimally merchandised onsite
-
Identify and sourcing of new brands and assist with the onboarding
-
Conduct weekly market and competitor pricing analysis
-
Develop supplier relations and secure favourable trading terms
-
Responsible for inventory management including stock turnover targets and the optimisation of stock on hand levels

Knowledge of industry and market trends
The Ideal Candidate:
-
3+ years buying experience
-
University Degree qualified in a relevant field is well regarded
-
Previous buying experience in the beauty sector is favourable
-
E-commerce experience is an advantage
-
Sound negotiation skills
-
Great attention to detail
-
The ability to develop outstanding relationships with our suppliers

An understanding of the key industry players in our industry

Great problem solving skills
-
Ability to bring innovative ideas to drive revenue

A passion for all things beauty!
