During this exciting transformation phase, we need a Store Manager with 'out of this world' communication and influencing skills, someone who is results-oriented and has the gusto to be the driving force of our new innovative concept store!
We don't do ordinary. We prefer to leave the run-of-the-mill, the so-so and the average to others. Our business is about delivering the dazzling, serving up the spectacular and ensuring our customers have a great experience while converting queries into sales along the way!
You're bright, full of energy, and known for going above and beyond. You are commercially savvy, have a wonderful customer manner, and could sell stripes to a Zebra! Your 3 plus years of experience in retail allow you to manage your workload and be highly organised and methodical, but most of all you are passionate about providing the best possible experience for customers at all times.
We are looking for a vibrant, dynamic, effervescent and just downright amazing Store Manager who can drive innovative ways to put our technology into more hands.
You are arriving at the right time. It's true, we are transforming and growing - and we're scaling our capability to consistently provide best in class cleaning solutions to our customers and opportunities for growth. But don't worry, you're not alone.  You will have full support from the Area and State Managers.
We need you to help us roll out the new concept store and be an integral part of the learnings through insights. Most importantly, you will be integral in upholding and protecting the Godfreys brand and its principles. Your communication skills and innovative thinking impress all levels-from your team to the CEO.
 
As well as the above-

• You will be making key decisions on daily operations, customer care and all people aspects.
• You will be leading a strong operating platform that ensures great product availability for customers
• Your focus will be on increasing the ability to make Godfreys as a brand stand out to your customers, with your warm and engaging smile.
• You will have P&L responsibilities, and will drive top line sale, control margin and expenditure.
• 'This Store is my home' approach - Store maintenance, stock control.
