We are seeking an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Area Manager to join our team.
You will have had multi-site store management experience, work well under pressure and have a passion to succeed in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage staff rosters in-line with sales achievement
- Training and coaching of retail store teams in merchandising standards and expectations
- Drive sales to reach and exceed company targets
- Ensure consistent appearance policies and procedures are followed by all stores
- Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and development of store teams
- General retail operations including store entries and exits
Skills and Attributes:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate your teams to overachieve
- Experience in recruiting and management of staff
- Strong creative talent for Visual merchandising
- Operational savvy with a non- stop drive to reach and exceed company targets
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work weekends, have own car and flexibility for travel
Key to your success will be your strong ability to lead, communicate, motivate and develop the team. You will be proactive, ambitious and able to work autonomously as well as effectively within a small team environment.
