We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join our Demand Planning team.

The Demand Planning team is growing and in turn, offering significant development opportunities for those looking to make Demand Planning a career! The team was designed to complement the sales forecasting process and work closely with supply planning teams and key suppliers to deliver exceptional product availability for our stores and customers.
As the Demand Planning Analyst, responsibilities include, however are not limited to:

Generate DC level forecasts at the appropriate level of product hierarchy and time horizon

Facilitate the collaborative planning process, engaging category managers and key suppliers, including facilitation of the monthly collaborative planning meeting

Participate in the planning of major events like Christmas, Easter and Halloween

Investigate root causes of forecasting error and eliminate or mitigate future risk or influence

Manage DC safety stock and stock builds to mitigate demand volatility and supply risks
