One of Australia's best recognised mature women's fashion brands, situated in the South Eastern suburbs, requires an enthusiastic, part time experienced planning allocator to join the team.

The right person will have sound practical and technical analysing skills and the drive required to help us grow the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Allocate new stock to stores in accordance with release plan.
  • Analyse stock templates to ensure optimal distribution to stores.
  • Raise weekly shipments/transfers between stores to optimise stock placement.
  • Manage the replenishment process across all stores.
  • Work to execute stock allocations for new store openings.
  • Optimise individual store performance bu adjusting stock levels by category.
  • Managing and preparing reports (e.g. weekly performance reports)
  • Deliver analysis as required by Planner to track results and assist future actions (Weekly. End of month and End of season)
  • Help planner with additional tasks as needed (e.g. entering and applying markdowns )

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • High level of competency in Excel, Outlook  & Word.  Previous experience using Harmony system would be beneficial
  • Previous experience (5+ years) in a similar role, preferably women's fashion would be considered an advantage
  • Commercial awareness, making decisions based on all factors that will best benefit the business
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with strong numerical skills
  • Detail orientated but can work quickly and efficiently
  • Good problem solving skills and a good communicator
  • Can work autonomously but also a team player
  • This role will suit someone with previous experience who can bring strong allocation/template building skills to the business as we continue to grow into new markets.
