We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager based in Melbourne, supporting Department store partners David Jones & Myer. You will possess strong new business development and account management skills, be passionate about building the Jurlique brand whilst expanding our loyal customer base.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Department stores in Australia, you will be responsible in supporting a key region for Jurlique.

Key accountabilities:

  • Delivering and exceeding sales net and retail targets for the region by deepening relationships with current and new accounts by:
  • Developing business plans with our department store partners including maximizing distribution, brand market share and support recruitment of key team members
  • Coach, develop and work alongside retail team to achieve KPIs and set goals
  • Establishing sales targets, identifying and develop new market opportunities and ensure performance targets are achieved.
  • Leveraging industry contacts to continue to drive the brand
  • Manage and engage all stakeholders in a culturally sensitive way
  • Merchandising, events, feedback during regular store visits
  • Be market savvy and have industry insights
  • Ability to work positively in a feedback environment
  • Building strong relationships internally in Jurlique to improve the profitability of your channel
  • Efficiently managing the region's administration


To be the perfect fit for this role you will possess:

  • Solid Regional/Area/Territory management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • History of working with and achieving retail sales targets
  • Fantastic influencing and negotiation skills, together with excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in managing multiple sites, ideally in skincare or Cosmetics /Fragrance/Luxury
  • Experience and a passion for coaching and up skilling team members
  • Demonstrable retail acumen, drive and organizational skills
  • Proven experience with financial management
  • Have a driver’s license and have full work rights to work in Australia
