We are seeking EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST from people who are able to work in a challenging and sometimes confrontational environment in Townsville. 
 
These are temporary contracts for administration and business support people, ranging from 2 weeks (probationary) to 3 months, with potential for extension in accordance with the business needs.  Hourly pay rate is $30 per hour (casual) plus super based in Townsville.
 
Ideally, you will have:
- general receptionist and administrative skills, including scanning and filing
- accurate typing and data entry skills
- intermediate MS Office skills
- excellent phone communication with a clear speaking voice
- high attention to detail
- ability to follow procedure and work under direction
- ability to think and solve problems
- confident and unafraid to ask for assistance
- able to work to a professional level
- able to work in a fast, high pressured environment
- previous experience with SAP, MYOB, Aurion or similar programs advantageous but not essential.
 
While a general administrative skill set is an important part of these roles, it is imperative that you are able to demonstrate the following attributes:

You must also be able to work under direction, take feedback and learn from your mistakes.  There is opportunity for performers to be placed in higher level roles as required.
 
Please note:  You will be required to complete a Criminal History Check; you must be able to supply two referees whom you have reported to.  Working Rights in Australia are essential.
