The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Co-ordinator, based at our head office, reporting to our National Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination/marketing and promotion of the brands we represent, within the Australian market.
The responsibilities in this role will be both Marketing and Sales Support, and will include the following:
Marketing
- Provision of all point of sale items;
- Production of company brochures;
- Maintenance of website;
- Annual Production of pricelists for our brands;
- Monthly newsletters and updates to customers and architects and designers;
- Creating and maintaining image database for all brands;
- Contact point for magazines and media for advertising and editorial;
- Maintenance of information flow through a variety of social media channels;
- Planning/coordinating of annual promotional calendar
Sales Support
- Providing support to the National Sales Manager and the sales team;
- Sales Analysis including provision of monthly sales reports;
- Maintenance of customer databases;
- Assist in planning and management of required functions;
- Support the day to day requests of customers
The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualities:
- Working knowledge of computer design programs Indesign, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop.
- Minimum intermediate understanding of MS Excel.
- Marketing degree or diploma level and previous experience in a marketing role, and/or through work experience / internships.
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Pro-active, solution-oriented and demonstrate high levels of ownership and responsibility
- Industry experience would also be highly regarded, but not essential.
- Some out of office hour work is required during events, along with some interstate travel on occasions
