A day in the life of:
Reporting into the Business Manager you will be required to create and implement marketing activities and business strategies which support Medtronic’s Ear Nose & Throat (ENT) business.
You will look to develop and implement sales/marketing plans for Medtronic ENT in ANZ to drive Medtronic’s market share and market penetration in the specified ENT product portfolio, including launches and competitive strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of launch plans for new products that include meeting with regulatory and reimbursement requirements
- Manage advertising and promotion of key product ranges
- Contribute to strategic planning meeting for ENT Business
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing teams across Medtronic’s product depth and breadth when marketing ENT products and designing strategic customer solutions
- Plan activities designed to overcome market penetration barriers for new and existing products as identified through marketing activities incorporating evidence, guidelines and economic value principals.
- Prepare quarterly and adhoc financial reports and product forecasts using cyclical and seasonal trending analysis.
- Required to spend time in field providing clinical support to TM’s and provide strategic coaching.
- Required to spend time at cadaver labs and trade events to build relationships and provide clinical support for the ENT business
- Manage and develop relationships with ENT’s KOL and future opinion leaders to:
- Work with customer care, inventory control, service and repairs as well as regional and global Medtronic resources, provide the sales team with support for their activities:
- Training and application support including product quality complaints and issues
Must Have:
- A minimum 3 years sales experience and/or 3 years in Product Management in Medical field.
- Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
