We currently have a vacancy in our Sydney office within the Trade Marketing team. The Trade Marketing team is a fast-paced division of Nine Sales focused on positioning the Nine brand and suite of products effectively to advertisers. As a key support function to the sales and corporate executive teams, Trade Marketing develops collateral, campaigns and events that help in the selling of our brands and products to commercial partners. 

As the Trade Marketing Coordinator, this role will be a key support function to the entire Trade Marketing team.

Roles responsibilities

• Support the team in execution of trade marketing tactics, including: events, sponsorships, above and below the line campaigns, promotional videos, eDMs, agency engagement programs, presentations and sales collateral.
• Extensive use of eDM platforms such as Adobe Campaign (e-marketing platform) to create show stopping marketing collateral, and event registration pages.
• Analyse competitor campaigns and market trends to create objection handling collateral and market insight for sales teams
• Collate and manage network signage and merchandise
• Management of Nine trade website www.nineentertainmentco.com.au
• Support the implementation of trade sponsorship activations and events
• Management of Nine corporate suites branding/signage
• Support the day-to-day adhoc requests from sales including monitoring the Trade Marketing inbox.

Essential experience & skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A keen interest in media, and forging a career within the media / marketing arena. A great entry level role within a fun and exciting department of Nine
• Excellent time management skills
• University degree in marketing, media or communications preferable
• Sound use with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Highly organised and have strong attention to detail
• Pro-active, solution-oriented and demonstrate high levels of ownership and responsibility
• Able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Some out of office hour work is required during events, along with some interstate travel on occasions
