Business Development at Tangren is the engine that drives our growth and our Sales Development department is the beating heart of that engine. Our Sales Development Representatives are the first point of contact for the vast majority of our new business opportunities. We are seeking an experienced marketing and sales team (Mandarin-Speaking) with a potential opportunity for full-time employment.

About the role

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in relevant full-time position

Marketing 

• Fluency in spoken Mandarin

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in relevant full-time position.

• Must have the strong work ethics, highly reliable and hardworking. Self-motivated and process the ability to take initiative. 

• Able to work independently to achieve goals and able to develop and follow up with potential business partners.

• Researching target audience and new opportunities for relevant and effective campaigns, content and collaborations to be proposed to team

• Must familiar with Chinese filming market and Chinese Social media platforms.

• Are team players with entrepreneurial spirits - they come up with and are willing to try new ideas to achieve greater levels of success.

Fund Sales Representatives

• Fluency in spoken Mandarin

• Love to prospect - they act as the engine of our sales team, revving up and warming up leads to be shared with our outside sales team;

• Work with a strong sense of urgency, which translates into activity with the expectation of making 50 calls per day;

• Are naturally and highly curious - they ask thorough and pointed questions, guiding potential clients through needs analysis and discovery sessions to qualify the lead and drive new opportunities;

• Have terrific prioritization skills - we generate a LOT of leads for the team to work with every month, and this team knows how to identify and go after the key customers:

• Act as consultants - our clients appreciate the value of our data for their needs, so we take the time to understand those needs and address them head on;

• Are stellar and professional communicators, both verbally and in their written works;

• Generally have at least one (1) years of professional work experience, ideally in some sort of sales role;

• Have positive, aggressive, goal - oriented attitudes and mentalities and can be motivated both as an individual and as part of a team;

• Have a BA / BS degree, frequently in economics, finance and related majors.

Video editor

• Fluency in spoken Mandarin

• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant full-time position.

• Responsible to create, execute and deliver motion graphics in a given timeframe.

• Manage efficient workflow systems while maintaining details and records for cataloging, including maintaining video and dubbing stock.  

• Knowledge of graphic design. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator and other graphic software.

• Able to adjust to other duties assigned by direct supervisor.

Web Operator/IT Support

Selection Criteria

• Proven ability to work independently and be enthusiastic, hard working, punctual, self motivated, and the ability to work independently. 
• Responsibilities Solving technical issues relating to hardware and software, networking, printing.
• Responsible for website operation and maintenance

Successful Candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant role
• Must be a citizen/permanent residence of Australia
• 2+ years experience working with modern Javascript and Javascript libraries, well understanding the concepts of ES6/ES7, promises, and reactive programming
• 2+ years of HTML5/CSS experiences, fluent in tuning styles, layouts (flexbox), cross browser compatibilities
• Fluency in at least one web frontend framework, such as React/Angular /Vue
• Proven ability to support Windows Active Directory based networks. 
• A comprehensive knowledge working with and supporting a variety of Apple and Windows desktops, laptops and mobile devices
