About the Role
Fun, friendly, fast paced, and inspiring and that's just the Head of Marketing you will report into! This is a very broad role where you will look after end to end integrated marketing campaigns across TV, Radio, Outdoor, Instore, Digital and Social. This is a unique opportunity where there is genuine room to grow and develop that will allow for great long term career progression within a prestigious retail brand.

Primary Functions

• In conjunction with the Category teams, map customer journeys and develop and implement the integrated marketing strategy across all channels especially digital, social and in store ensuring consistency throughout
• Lead cross funcational marketing projects that add to the overal customer journey including the data and insights team to continuously test and learn ensuring content is both inspiring and engaging
• Work closely with creative agencies to deliver on key brand objectives
• Working closely with key internal and external stakeholders across the business
• Mentor and be a true leader by example to 2 marketing executives

 
What you need to be successful

• Be an established Marketing Manager with a proven track record in a retail environment ideally from a fashion/lifestyle B2C brand with comprehensive experience across all facets of marketing
• Approx 6-8 years of relevant marketing experience
• A positive and energetic mindset with a resilient and can-do attitude who can work in a fast paced environment
• Highly collaborative but able to work independently
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to talk to a host of stakeholers and build strong and meaningful relationships
