About You:

- Firstly, you are really quite intelligent (don't be shy)

- You are a bit of a geek, love spreadsheets and get excited by data (it's ok you're not alone).

- You have some knowledge of Affiliate Marketing. (A lot is even better)

You have some knowledge of SEM, Facebook Ads, Native Ad Networks, Display Advertising. (Again, a lot is even better)

- You can maximise opportunities on social media, Paid and Organic (Like Totes Defs)

- You are passionate about digital marketing.

- You are Degree qualified. This could be in science, maths, marketing, business, finance, advertising...

- You have strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

- You show grit, determination and make stuff happen.

- You speak a little MTLA (Marketing Three Letter Acronyms): Hello CPC, PPC, AOV, CPM, CPA.

- You are professional, honest and a good team player.

- You are creative and great problem solver.

- You like real coffee (not absolutely essential).
 

The ROLE:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, creative and smart team. You will be helping to build, measure, optimise and scale our acquisition and retention functions.

You will be involved in daily problem solving and value creation inside systems for things such as PPC, Display Advertising, Display Retargeting, Search retargeting, Facebook advertising, Referral systems, Advanced email systems, list growth, affiliates etc etc. Within a frame work of testing, measurement, and scaleability you'll also be involved in creatively pursuing new opportunities.

While digital marketing experience is a bonus it's not essential if you're focused, smart and a quick learner.
