About the role 
This is a newly created opportunity for this leading Health Care Brand to create, develop and implement the entire communication and brand strategy. It's a greenfields role where you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and have the opportunity to truly make this your own and create a legacy going forward.


The responsibilities
It's a holistic role where you will look after the following:
  • Managing and bringing to life all internal communications activities including, good news stories, staff newsletters and internal initiatives 
  • Create and develop all customer communication activities including quarterly community and customer engagement stories via their newsletters, websites and any creative marketing collateral that is used
  • Project manage a number of communication and brand activities with their upcoming brand refresh, their brand promsie and value proposition
  • Lead both pro-active and reactive communication activities including working closely with their PR agency
  • Liaise collaboratively with heads of the following teams across marketing, sales, regulatory, finance, HR and regional operations too


The successful applicant will have
  • Highly advantageous to have worked with aged care or health services
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in marketing and communications, media management and capacity to work with lots of stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline;
  • Strong ability to operate independently, within established guidelines while meeting competing work demands;
  • Lead the development and implementation of media, brand and communication strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills and the ability to develop and communicate marketing results and plans;
  • Track record of effectively delivering multiple and innovative projects in a fast-paced environment;
  • Generate, present and implement communication strategies in line with the organisation’s Marketing Plan
