About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager will drive the customer acquisition and engagement strategy for the business and will be responsible for CRM strategy and roadmap. Reporting to and working closely with the founders and CMO, this role will focus on the strategic planning and execution of our customer lifecycle management and building multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive Customer Lifetime Value. The successful candidate must be CRM Guru and experienced with Infusionsoft.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an yearly/quarterly digital commercial plan including digital advertising, lifecycle marketing, media plans, social advertising, customer engagement and online PR
- Lead the delivery, execution & optimisation of all paid, owned and earned data driven campaigns (both tactical & lifecycle)
- Drive innovation and new campaign design which drives customer retention, growth & increased profitability
- Management of the website content and analytics reporting
- On-time and effective implementation of acquisition marketing campaigns across digital channels
- Planning, implementing and evaluating digital specific campaigns
- Executing social media channel management
- Plan and execute customer lifecycle management across Digital Channels in line with the business strategy and objectives

Skills and experience
Marketing related qualification with minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role across the digital space
Customer led mindset along with excellent technical knowledge of CRM
Strong B2C and B2B marketing background across acquisition, retention, website optimisation, communication and brand
Experience working with external agencies, third parties and exceptional stakeholder management
Strong technical knowledge and experience in: managing a CRM system, InfusionSoft, desktop publishing, Wordpress, Google Analytics and Tag Manager, eDM, visual communication, campaign management and reporting using Excel
Demonstrated strong communication skills
