This Position
They have set up an agile digital marketing capability using the Google stack (Doubleclick) with in-house capability to bid on programmatic display and paid search campaigns, as well as tracking of their paid social and affiliate marketing campaigns.
We are looking for a Digital Performance Manager to continue their digital transformation and scale their digital marketing campaigns for business growth.
It’s a small team so you’ll not only work closely with the product and marketing team across all aspects of the marketing mix, but also have exposure to all levels of the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all social media, affiliate marketing and display advertising campaigns, either directly or working with business partners and key agencies. This will involve trafficking ads as required.
- Manage contractor working on SEM campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to test hypotheses (landing pages, ad copy etc)
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Extensive digital marketing experience, preferably with a consumer-oriented start-up or consumer credit experience
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience managing campaigns with Google Doubleclick (DS, DCM, DBM)
- Experience with DSPs to drive prospecting and remarketing display and video campaigns, and paid social campaign performance
- Experience managing affiliate advertising (Finder, GetCreditScore, Mozo, Credit Savvy, Credit Simple, Rate City etc)
- Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- You are a fast learner who is ambitious and detail-oriented
- You thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- Continuously research and evaluate the competitive landscape, new tools and technology, and best practices used in user acquisition
