Digital Marketing Coordinator

Reports to: Head of Growth Marketing, Australia and New Zealand

Location: Sydney

Position summary:

This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing business that is also the clear market leader. You will be responsible for executing world-class integrated brand and marketing campaigns across digital channels to achieve with our ambitious but achievable targets.

We are looking for for an intelligent and motivated, Digital Marketing Coordinator to help the Head of Growth Marketing take the Menulog brand to new heights in Australia and New Zealand.

Core responsibilities:

• Optimisation of digital recruitment channels, including Adwords, Social Media, Job Boards & Display

• Work with the lead designer to develop digital & non digital assets, including display banners, emails & flyers to promote driver recruitment

• Monitor, analyse & report on campaign & channel performance using available tools (Google Analytics & relevant advertising platforms)

• Work closely with Head of Growth Marketing to steer the courier recruitment strategy based on research, performance & trends

• Provide actionable tactical recommendations based on trends and key insights

• Support the Digital Marketing Executive to manage the Digital Marketing budget, including reporting on weekly spend and raising and receipting purchase orders

• Provide ad hoc support to the Digital Marketing Team

The ideal person:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• You are analytical, and able to synthesise data into actionable insights

• Preferably have a marketing, business or other related degree

• You have a great sense of humour and thrive in fast moving environments

• You are proficient in Excel

• You are self motivated and thrive in fast moving environments

• You have a passion for marketing

• You have the ability to work autonomously and in a team

• You have strong communication skills

• You have a great attention to detail

• You have 1+ years marketing or recruitment experience
