We are searching for a creative and effective leader to deliver engaging CRM programs, driving business contribution and loyalty to our optical customer base under our OPSM and Laubman & Pank brands. Reporting to the Vice President Marketing, you will maximise engagement, propel incremental sales and retain our existing customers through CRM driven initiatives. Your passion for data and analytics will be vital for this role to ensure initiatives are continually improved and deliver a strong ROI.
 
To achieve in this critical piece of our business success and build strategy for the future, you will apply your strong understanding of customer flows, direct mail and e-mail experience and digital knowledge. You will also be a strong leader, coaching and working with your team to maximise capability. A background in CRM retention and loyalty programs (minimum 8 years relevant experience), qualified with a business / marketing degree, modelling/ segmentation experience and strong technical skills (SAP/ Unica / Excel & Powerpoint) are essential.
