About the Role
  
As the Marketing Manager for Medacs Global Group (MGG) Australasia you will be working alongside the global Marketing team and be responsible for delivering a localised marketing and communications strategy for MGG’s portfolio of brands within Australia and New Zealand, in order to position MGG as the leading suppliers of healthcare staffing solutions.
  
As a key member of the leadership team you will have responsibility for developing and maximising all marketing communications via a broad range of high profile B2B and B2C activities incorporating online platforms, advertising, direct marketing, PR, CRM, lead generation and market research - all within a fast moving, demanding business environment.
  
Your day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
  • Overseeing the marketing budget and managing spend.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for key internal stakeholders by answering queries from the business network.
  • Develop and manage online and offline marketing activity that supports marketing campaigns.
  • Project managing and coordinating marketing events and exhibitions.
  • Managing and improving lead generating campaigns and measure results.
  • Ensuring consistency of brand and message, and delivery of projects on time, in budget and to a high standard.
  • Monitor and report on marketing results using information to drive new tactics and plans and improve ROI.
Skills & Experience
  
As the ideal candidate, you will currently be in a similar role and looking to advance your career across multiple brands in an organisation where you will have the autonomy to create localised marketing strategies. From your previous experience you will display the following skills and attributes:
  • Experience managing projects across a varied landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to easily build rapport and present to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer focused and able to demonstrate proven capabilities of applying online marketing knowledge to a service business.
  • Able to multitask and juggle multiple priorities, whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Experience in and account management/multi-channel online marketing or creative agency role.
  • Awareness and interest in up-to-date marketing tools and technologies to best facilitate relevant campaigns and communications
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a team or on your own.
