About the role

Are you the go to person when people need problems solved? Are people jealous of how organised you are? Does bad speling, punctuation” and grammer really frustrate you? Do you love change and don’t mind being an early adopter of the new and exciting? Do you have communication skills that win over all the customers?

If you answered yes, yes and a couple more yeses, we have an opportunity for you. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our marketing team on a fixed term 12-month (maternity cover) contract in the position of eCommerce Support Assistant.

Cash Converters is a unique business and you will add value to the team by:

• Owning the administration of our eCommerce system. 
• Engaging with our online sales customers in a way that keeps them coming back.
• Communicating with our customers about our in-store sales events.
• Actioning queries effectively and efficiently.  

To be successful you’ll need

• Experience in Administration. Bonus points if that is in a retail or eCommerce environment
• To take the initiative at every opportunity
• To be able to learn new systems quickly
• Have mad organisational skills
• Be comfortable communicating with a diverse audience
• Know how to manage your time but don’t watch the clock
• Take pride in owning a task, working independently and have a desire to test, learn, analyse, report and improve
• Know the difference between definitely and defiantly or have a pretty good handle on a thesaurus and spell check
