About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record of leading a team, to effectively manage and control the Marketing function of the Company.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is based at our Head Office in Western Sydney and will require you to travel interstate throughout the year to attend various events and visit our sites.

Leading a team of three specialists, we are seeking an ambitious individual who is ready to hit the ground running and bring on board a fresh perspective.

This role is for immediate commencement.

Duties

• Co-ordinate the creation and production of new product labels and PDS and update existing product labels and PDS as required
• Co-ordinate trade show and exhibition participation, including stand designs and layouts and associated product / promotional support materials and resources
• Co-ordinate the production, filing and storage of Technical Data Sheets, MSDS, Product Guides etc
• Produce and distribute Newsletters
• Implement and maintain mailing list, project reference and other data bases as required
• Other promotional and advertising activities as directed
• Website Management

Skills & Experience

To be successful within this role, you will have:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven Marketing experience
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
• Experience working within a fast paced dynamic environment
• A strong business insight and the ability to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies
• A demonstrated understanding of project management techniques with the ability to apply them within the demands of a fast paced environment
• The ability to demonstrate confident decision making and excellent communication
