Phoenix Tapware is an international award-winning company and one of Australia's leading suppliers of high quality kitchen, bathroom and plumbing products. We are searching for a talented Marketing Assistant who is process driven and highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to implement innovative marketing strategies and create strong brand awareness through a solid understanding of the industry.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be required to undertake a variety of tasks to support the sales and marketing team. You will develop and maintain effective communications and working relationships internally and externally.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of online and offline marketing strategies
- Content creation and copywriting
- Create product documentation using Adobe creative suite and Microsoft Office
- Assist with providing customers and suppliers with product information where needed
- Preparing, coordinating and managing promotional and POS products
- Assist with new product launches
- Assist with organising trade show exhibitor sponsorships and events.
- Digital asset management (website, eNewsletters, social media Google display network).
- Assist with website UX improvements, development work and ongoing maintenance
- Assist with market research projects
- Customer service & sales support for related customer enquiries
- Providing general support to the Sales, Marketing, Design, Research & Development and Senior Management teams.
The successful applicant will be tertiary qualified in a related field with previous experience in a similar role with excellent time management skills. You will be a multitasker and adaptable and passionate about all things marketing, with a keen desire to learn new things. A proactive approach to self-learning, excellent MS Office skills, an interest and ability to understand google analytics, and basic InDesign experience will be an advantage.
