We are looking for an Experienced Social Media Communications & Brand Coordinator who will be responsible for driving sales leads and opportunities by building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research.
Generating and sharing content daily that builds meaningful connections optimising company pages within each social media platform. Generate and writing company materials will be an important part of your job.
Ultimately, your goal will be to help ensure clear communication of our company's message across all channels. You will work with General Managers in gathering content and executing social media strategies. In addition to help build team culture you will facilitate effective internal communications and prepare presentations and reports
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. You will collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Manage electronic direct mail campaigns and distribution
Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
Create engaging text, image and video content in line with branding guidelines.
Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products, ultimately driving sales leads.
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
Facilitate online conversations with customers and refer enquiries to the relevant team member for follow up and conversion.
Execute the social/blog/paid strategies, develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
Update LinkedIn and other channels with content gathered.
Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
Maintain Analytics on each page to ensure effective reporting and re-targeting.
Gather and compile a library of images of SKOPES work for use online
Ensure all communication on social and web platforms is consistent with brand guidelines.
Internal forms/letterhead/stationary – Ensure it is kept current, including logos and address details.
Respond to negative/critical feedback on social channels appropriately, keep stakeholders informed in order to mitigate risks.

Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a communication specialist
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with design software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) and content management systems is a plus
- Good working knowledge of google application / Drive
- Solid editing and researching skills
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Fluency in English
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or a related field is desired
