Job Description

Due to continual growth our Residential Project Marketing team is seeking a proactive, confident and adaptable Marketing Executive to assist in providing innovative marketing solutions to our clients. Your ability to coordinate marketing strategy and drive campaigns using sound business acumen will ensure your success in this challenging and fulfilling role.

The scope of the role will include:

• Working with Directors on business development activities including marketing, sales and public relations.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns on projects.
• Regular reporting to clients on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
• Use creativity and innovative ideas to enhance projects and overall team success.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, i.e. advertising agencies, solicitors, architects and other organisations to effectively implement selling and marketing strategies.

This is a rare opportunity to utilise your advanced creative ability along with your proven knowledge of property and project marketing principles to lead your own projects. You will have the ability to multi-task with a service orientated approach, enabling you to enhance our marketing projects and ensure the continued success of the wider Residential team in growing and winning business.

You will be part of the fastest growing division within our business working with industry-leading professionals and an international marketing platform.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a coordinator capacity looking to take the next step with more responsibility and ultimately growing your career and skillset in the property industry.
• Marketing Degree - Desired.
• Solid Multi tasking, Project Management, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Mandarin and Cantonese Candidates are encouraged to apply (Written & Verbal skills)
