About the role:
  
Based at our Head Office in Sydney's CBD, we are seeking an experienced, motivated, Communications Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is to support the business with its communications, both internally and externally, to drive customer and employee advocacy. You must be a hands-on, forward thinker who works with integrity managing all communication activity including media relations, internal communications, brand communications, creation and development of promotional material, email marketing, web site content development, press releases, articles, newsletters, corporate videos and sales collateral.

Role Requirements:

  • 5-7 years demonstrated experience in communications, across internal and external comms, brand management and copy writing.
  • Marketing, Communications or Commerce Degree or equivalent
  • Aged care; health care or service industry experience (experience in a highly regulated service environment)
  • Proven ability to lead communications strategies at both a B2B and B2C level.
  • Highly articulate with excellent written communications and presentation skills.
  • Networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence others outside direct line of control.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter and good team player.
  • Superior project management and time management skills.
  • Experience working with advertising and PR agencies.
