We are currently seeking an up and coming marketing, communications and events professional with passion and enthusiasm to join our small and friendly team in our newly refurbished Fortitude Valley global headquarters.
 
Working in a small but cohesive team servicing the needs of Cardno’s APAC North Division, this multi-disciplined position will provide support across a diverse range of projects.
 
Your duties will include:
 
  • Supporting the coordination of a diverse range of internal and external events programs
  • Researching communications content and promotional material as required both internally and externally with assistance from a Graphic Designer
  • Administration associated with project delivery and systems maintainence
  • Uploading and researching content for the company intranet platform and external website
  • Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Project support for various programs for the Division including internal campaigns for key initiatives
  • Assisting in delivering high quality messaging across various platforms including social media and print
  • Assistance with brochure development and other marketing collateral as required

  • Pro-activeness, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to jump in and provide support where needed
  • Well-developed writing skills and attention to detail
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to positively liaise with Cardno staff and management from a range of disciplines and locations
  • Experience with InDesign or Adobe creative suite advantageous
  • Confidence and skills to administer a variety of sponsorships, seminars and events
  • Ability to work independently or in a team to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities
  • Competence with the Microsoft Office Suite
