Your new company
My client, a leading financial services organisation is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Based in Melbourne’s Inner Suburbs, this company is one of the country’s leading insurance providers.

Your new role
In this role, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and be responsible for the lifecycle strategies and campaigns for the organisation’s banking and insurance business.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of campaigns for the full customer lifecycle - including on boarding, cross-selling and up-selling campaigns. You will report against retention, sales and revenue targets as well as providing insights for future strategies based on these findings.

You will take the lead on the continuous optimisation of the customer journey, managing dashboards and using analytics to drive future activities.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a background in campaign management in financial services. You have end to end experience including creating and developing customer journeys, carrying out optimisation reviews, marketing automation design and reporting on customer insights.

You are a strong communicator with experience working with senior stakeholders and external providers. You have experience managing budgets and deadlines.

Experience working in insurance and/or banking would be highly regarded.
