This is a cracking opportunity for a Marketing Executive keen to take on a broader strategic remit, over time. The organisation is a nationally recognised brand, with enormous untapped potential. With a newly appointed GM of Marketing and Customer Experience in place, this is a time of exciting change, with a business creating a new digital marketplace and reinventing a stale category.
In this Marketing Lead role, you’ll recommend the right channels and marketing strategy to deliver campaign and business objectives, working as a conduit between the state businesses and the marketing operations team. You’ll set up the right processes and campaign calendars to ensure the effective management of the marketing function workflow.
This is a terrific role to move beyond a tactical campaign delivery function to a project management remit and a broader big picture outlook. Crucial will be someone who can evaluate ROI, manage stakeholders effectively and have the ability to make a case for change. The right profile will be curious enough to explore better ways of doing things, but with enough resilience to facilitate change in a traditional organisation.
