A fantastic opportunity exists within our importing and distribution company in their sales and marketing management division dealing with ethical natural/organic health, beauty and household brands.

I am seeking an energetic, switched on and an enthusiastic individual who can provide superior brand management marketing and sales services.

Working on a growing portfolio, you will be responsible for all parts of the sales and marketing mix including developing, implementing and evaluating strategic business plans, managing advertising and promotional spend, sales forecasting and reviews, trade and consumer expos, demand management and brand activation.

Annual international travel to Europe to attend brand conferences and identify new brands for importing.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be accountable for the ongoing growth and success of our brand portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with brand management/marketing and sales and is available for immediate start.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Formulation of both retail and digital marketing strategies including digital media, social media and email to deliver on overall revenue targets
• Develop and implement marketing and sales plans, brand activation activities including: advertising, media, consumer promotions, promotional packaging, point of sale development and trade promotions
• Managing new product launches ensuring adherence to local regulations and brand guidelines
• Provide support and reports to the sales team
• Manage the marketing budget
• Line and sku management
• Website front end maintenance and updates
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you possess the following:

• Successful background in Sales and Marketing Management of at least 5 years
• Motivated & enthusiastic
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
• Strong computer skills, experience with Adobe Creative Suite a bonus
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in developing online & offline marketing plans
• Excellent understanding of web analytics (e.g. Google analytics ) & ecommerce platforms and technologies
