Work for Australia’s leading independent law firm in a unique role. This role will contribute to the firm’s retention, client development and new business development initiatives through supporting activities.

Description
Reporting to the Head of Clients & Markets Resources you will;
- Assists in the preparation of the business planning process and supports implementation of the business plan and strategy of the Division or Sector (including relevant events).
- Have considerable input into the drafting of all tenders
- Manages research process on client background and liaison with partners to understand Corrs/partners’ existing relationship and history with the client.
- Assisting with the implementation of firm-wide campaigns.
- Research surrounding campaign topics and stakeholder groups (eg industry associations, publications etc)
- Input into campaign collateral.
- Management of targeted events including the identification of stakeholder groups using the firm’s databases etc
- Assists in the implementation and follow up of client team actions and pursuits, including management of relationship maps, coordination of events, credential documents, contact cards and attends client team meetings.
- Project manages the implementation of new marketing technology solutions including:
- A new CRM system
- The firm’s pitch database and marketing clause library
- Develops new team processes that harness the latest technologies and systems.
Profile
To be considered for the role you will have the following;
- Proven business writing skills, including tender writing.
- Proven experience of using CRM and other marketing technologies to drive business development activities
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to be outcome oriented and deadline driven.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to juggle multiple projects.
