The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Data Specialist to join our team in this newly created role. Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, this role is responsible for leading and implementing good practice in the digital data instrumentation of Bupa digital estate.
This role will see you will work within the Digital Insights team in translating requirements into action. You will be responsible for maintaining and extending the digital data layer so that it is coherent, transparent and consumable as well as ensuring that digital data capture is consistent over time to enable digital metrics tracking and trending.
Your Background
You will be / have
- Demonstrated experience in Marketing Tag managment and implementation and running multivariate test for insight based optimisation.
- Experience setting up tags using Enterprise Tag Management Solutions such as Tealium, Google Tag Manager or Ensighten.
- Good understanding of tag management data layer.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript.
- Able to confidently work directly with developers in implementing analytic solutions.
- Experience within an optimisation program aimed at improving onsite conversion.
- Experience in online marketing campaigns, across channels including SEO, SEM, Display and Social.
- Adobe Analytics and Target Premium extensive experience (preferable).
