It’s because of this we’ve created a new opportunity for a Customer Retention and Loyalty Lead to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be driving the success of our long-standing ‘Top Croppers’ Loyalty program by relaunching a refreshed and enhanced program.

  • Relaunching a refreshed program with a focus on building program awareness, promotion and education of our ‘Top Croppers’ Loyalty Program
  • Conducting research analysis into best in class Customer Loyalty programs with a focus on delivering an optimised ‘Top Croppers’ program
  • Continuously implementing improvement and optimisation initiatives to increase the up-take, retention and commercial return of Top Croppers
  • Working collaboratively with the Customer Marketing and Commercial teams to support the delivery of strategic marketing and sales campaigns
  • Leading the creation and distribution of digital campaigns to Top Cropper members and non-members, working alongside our Digital Specialist and external agency
  • Developing digital platforms and streamlined reporting metrics to produce customer insights and report on key metrics

 

You’re a strategic Customer Loyalty professional who brings substantial success leading the commercial optimisation of customer loyalty programs. If you have demonstrated success in industries such as airlines and retail and are up for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

 

You’re commercially minded and customer-focused. You have excellent communication, research and networking skills and you are passionate about engaging with internal teams, our customers and regional communities.
