Approach is a start-up tech company that is looking to change the way people interacted with each other through the Approach App.

We are looking for an innovative marketing professional that has the experience and creativity to launch a platform for this app to drive acquisition, growth and retention.

In this role you will be able to start something that may influence the real world.

The Role:

  • Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with desired business targets
  • Generate innovative ideas to launch the app 
  • Develop campaigns to drive acquisition
  • Develop and drive strategic content and channel recommendations based on key audience insight, digital media consumption habits, and digital trends
  • Lead and execute digital campaigns from set up, execution, management, optimisations, and reporting
  • Bring forward new digital concepts, ideas and approaches to help organic growth and build brand
  • Champion the use of new media opportunities and formats in Social for clients to activate and be first to market
  • Establish a strong, long-term social media presence
  • Establish PR function, success metrics and tracking

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Proven work experience in a start-up environment
  • Experience setting and executing marketing strategy for start-up business, preferable technology
  • Deep understanding of data and customer behaviour to inform current digital experience and future digital product development
  • Proven B2C marketing experience
  • Hands on digital marketing strategy and implementation experience with a focus on SEO, digital advertising & Conversion rate optimisation
  • Experience planning and leading campaigns across digital and social media platforms (web, email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, display, search, paid, etc.).
  • Have a working knowledge of digital tracking and measurement technologies
