About the role

You will have experience in building and managing partnership and affiliate programs from the ground up. In addition you will have experience of generating marketing plans, promotional opportunities and technical solutions with clients and will be able to oversee all these activities within the team. You will be a strategic thinker with a can do attitude and an aptitude for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong and mutually profitable partnerships through effective partner engagement programmes
  • Lead all efforts in growing commercial relationships with existing affiliates in alignment with global strategic objectives
  • Working closely with the digital marketing manager to build partner campaigns to expand revenue opportunities with existing partners
  • Day to day relationship management for partners
  • Instrumental in creating and managing our Partnership and referral programs for the different partners,taking into account their size and industry.
  • Working in collaboration with our partners and internal teams to produce relevant marketing material and on-site partner training requirements
  • Be the brand champion and create relevant content and distribution opportunities that are right for the brand.

  • Possess exceptional client service and relationship management skills with the ability to successfully influence partners
  • Have the aptitude to think laterally to develop the best fit solution for affiliate partner accounts and their clients
  • Be a brand champion
  • Have experience managing and developing long term relationships with proven delivery of SLAs and a good business acumen
  • Possess strong organisational and project management skills; ability to deliver on marketing and technical projects alongside in house teams
  • Be highly motivated and determined and focussed on outcomes
  • CRM literate
