The Position
Through increased company growth in Japan, the Australian team is now hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager. The position offers the option of working on the Gold Coast, or to work autonomously out of your own home office anywhere in SE Queensland.
The basic function of the role is as follows:
- Take over an existing portfolio of regularly travelling customers within Australia
- Maximise yield over the companies multiple ski lodges and travel packages
- Increase market share
- Manage the company's social media platforms and other online interfaces
- Manage newsletter send-out's and other promotional resources
- Liaise with the Japan team
- Display strong financial skills and travel/ski industry knowledge
The Candidate
As this position is a pure Sales and Marketing position within the tourism industry, experience within Sales or Marketing is essential. Experience and a strong knowledge of the Ski or Travel industry is also recommended, but is not essential.
