Description:

• Plan and execute all offline and digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and turn qualified traffic into leads to support sales.
• Strategize all online media plans.
• Look  for new trends in the online and offline marketing world and implementing them to stay innovative.
• Develop a detailed weekly, fortnightly and monthly content calendar.
• Build brand awareness by implementing the corporate identity in the designing of advertisements, online banners, brochures, leaflets, website images, stickers...
• Analyse the current market and look for new opportunities.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and cross media posts.
• Basic website maintenance.
• Planning of photo shoots, photograph completed works.
• Support the sales team by providing all information for conferences.
• Follow up customer satisfaction.
• Communication with third party organizations.

Position requirements:

• Tertiary degree in marketing, emphasis on internet marketing
• Proven experience of 3 years leading the strategy across digital and traditional marketing channels.
• A keen interest in home renovations/ building.
• Experience with social media planning and content creation.
• Experience with Adobe Software (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator).
• Experience with Google Analytics and SEO.
• Graphic Design knowledge and experience to design brochures, leaflets, banners...
• Knowledge of Wordpress and be able to adjust basic elements on the website
• Good time management, highly organised, with initiative
• A large amount of motivation to learn new skills and a desire to be proactive
• Creative copywriting
• Basic understanding of photography and photo editing
• Ability to work independently, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
