Due to growth within our business we are now looking to recruit two exceptional client managers to manage two of our high profile accounts in the automotive and financial services sectors.
About the role
This is a hands-on, creative and client-focused role requiring the management of multiple projects. In this varied and results driven role you will be involved in;
- Client relationship management, including pre-empting client needs, providing informed counsel and running regular effective client meetings
- Managing multiple projects including coordinating team resources and suppliers
- Creating and assessing content strategies including establishing content calendars
- Managing social media profiles, content and advertising
- Planning, producing and publishing interesting content, including compelling story telling, copywriting, briefing and coordinating studio work
- Providing strategic and tactical input to Kamber's parent agency, SenateSHJ including contributing to pitches, proposals and client projects
- Supervising project teams and coaching and mentoring junior staff
About you
We're looking for a content marketer who knows how to establish and build strong client relationships. We're also looking for a storyteller and a leader – someone who can see and write great stories and lead teams to tell them.
In addition you should have:
- At least 5 years' experience in client relationship management and managing social media accounts
- Experience managing creative content marketing strategies
- Exceptional project management skills and experience managing multiple projects from start to finish
- Degree and/ or relevant industry experience for a mid-level marketing role
