Tutt Bryant Group Limited is a diversified Industrial/ Construction Sales & Services organisation with

3 core operating divisions:

•             Equipment Sales

•             Equipment Hire

The business operates from 30+ locations across Australia with 400+ staff.

The Marketing Coordinator position is based at the Group's Head Office in Sydney Olympic Park working within a tight knit Corporate Services team and reporting directly to the Corporate Services Manager.

The role is primarily aimed at the candidate developing, coordinating and executing the marketing strategy across the wider group's 3 core operating divisions. Your skill set will be varied with exposure to public relations, creative writing, online advertising and more on offer with this role. You will have a demonstrated ability in a similar role and be accustomed to working in a fast paced environment and being a pro-active team member.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Build, develop and execute marketing strategy.

- Work with stakeholders to develop core ‘Go To Market’ strategy and curation of content.

- Establish a local marketing calendar outlining key activities.

- Work directly with divisional GM's on campaign strategy for exceeding targets & ROI goals

- Liaise closely with international franchise suppliers across creative and promotional execution and measurement.

- Design of internal and external marketing collateral incl. brochures, adverts (online/print), spec sheets etc.

- Manage Tutt Bryant and equipment franchise brand

- Liaise with print media suppliers and divisional departments to ensure content is generated and distributed effectively.

- Defining the overall user experience & navigation of the new company website relevant to our core 3 divisions.

- Plan and manage the SEO, SEM, display, EDM's and SMS campaigns across all operating divisions.

- Own the social media strategy for across all channels including post creation, targeting, and marketing spends and the measurement of success.

- Determine the appropriate mix of on-line campaign elements including search, social, direct mail, email, content syndication, etc.

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

 

The successful candidate will ideally have the following:

- 2-3yrs + experience as a Marketing Coordinator with strong B2B background

- Experience within the construction or similar industry desirable

- Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite i.e. InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator essential

- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects & meet tight deadlines

- Excellent written & verbal communication

- Project management skills

- Marketing budget management experience.
