A reputable Federal Government department based in Canberra is currently seeking an experienced Customer Experience Advisory Lead to join their CX Strategy team. You will provide strategic advice through high quality deliverables on a broad range of challenges, projects and initiatives. Topics of particular focus include the definition CX vision and strategy, future state design, CX economics, CX measurement framework, digitalisation, and leveraging mobile and AI to enhance both digital and human experiences.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria;

  • 5 years’ experience in top-tier management consulting
  • 5 years’ experience in customer experience across CX strategy, design, economics, measurement and digital
