The Organisation

This organisation is a global design studio that specialises in commercial and residential architecture. With 11 locations around the world, this group has seen consistent growth. This global reach comes from a recent merger which has also seen the organisation go through a revamp of their brand and visual identity.

The team at this organisation is made up of Architects, Planners, Designers and Business Operations. The culture is collaborative, and the organisation ensures that staff are able to work cohesively with their other offices globally. This is critical to the success of the business and the projects that are currently in progress.

This organisation is now looking for a Marketing Advisor to join the business to be a reference point for some of the offices globally, as well as work with the Melbourne team on bid writing, design work and other marketing and communication activity.

As the Marketing Advisor for this organisation you’ll have a great work/life balance as well as access to a number of internal events and activities. This organisation hosts three weekly events centred around cross-team engagement, learning and development and innovation. As the Marketing Advisor for this organisation you’ll also have the opportunity to work with the other offices globally, be involved in mentorship programs alongside senior leadership and participate in CSR initiatives.

What you will be doing

As the Marketing Advisor you will be responsible for:

• The development of marketing initiatives which will include writing and layout of various marketing collateral
• Superior responses to tenders and ad hoc pitch requests
• Capability statements and brochures/ newsletters
• Managing public relations/media and internal/external communications
• Other general marketing activities which include award submissions, client planning, events, liaison with external suppliers such as photographers, videographers etc

What you can offer

To be successful in the role as the Marketing Advisor you will have:

• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, namely inDesign
• Proven experience working within a team environment
• Worked within a professional services environment where tight deadlines are the norm
• Superior project management skills
• A creative, well-organised, proactive and confident nature
