About the company:
This client is a leading financial services organisation that provides a comprehensive and integrated range of financial products and services. They are offering an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to support the project team to driving the cultural change and communication program.
About the role
Working closely with the Change Lead, you will be responsible for understanding the project goals and objectives and the impact of the change on both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will be managing end to end communications for this project; from designing communication materials for presentation and distribution; to coaching the project teams and business divisions on the communications structure, content and integration.
- Conduct full communications impact analysis and stakeholder mapping to build a detailed stakeholder communication framework for the program, aligning to deliver milestones.
- Establish a change communication approach relevant to the project, ensuring employees are taken through the change curve to build awareness, understanding, engagement and empowerment
- Develop and socialise a communication strategy and approach for the program, including stakeholder analysis, messages, engagement approach, activity plan and timeline.
- Ensure the messaging for the program aligns with Group Communications’ business strategy.
- Effective planning to manage the people impacts and support benefits realisation.
- Educate and motivate people to embrace changes in technology and the ways employees interact with technology and digital/ mobile devices.
Abou the Candidate
You'll also be adept at building key senior relationships, and of exerting your influence. Good written and face communication skills are a must.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering change communications in large projects in financial services industry or equivalent
- Knowledge of communication methodologies and disciplines, internal communication channels and mechanisms
- Familiarity with and application of change management methodologies
- Tertiary qualifications in business, communications or related discipline.
- Formal Education in Communications Change Management discipline (e.g. Postgraduate certificate in Change Management, Prosci)
