This leading financial services firm pride themselves on balancing the feel of a small firm with the scale of a large global organisation. They do this through their flat management structure and entrepreneurial culture which has led to recent and projected business growth.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Events Assistant/Coordinator with proven marketing and events experience.

Your time will be split across a range of functions covering marketing, communications, events and other tasks and projects as required by the business. Details as follows;

Marketing:

Provide a range of digital marketing and admin services to the marketing team and broader business
Work with the sales team to understand marketing concepts and put together email campaigns
Review market data to provide leads/segmentation of market, including post event lead generation
Prepare marketing collateral (design & format) using InDesign, MS PowerPoint, Illustrator
Provide support to marketing and communications projects
Marketing competitor analysis
Contribute to social media campaigns

Skills and Experience:

Relevant marketing experience
Proven experience assisting with corporate events/logistics
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Excellent verbal and written communication
Advanced MS PowerPoint skills
Previous experience using InDesign
Ability to work as part of a team
Basic HTML and previous experience with a CMS highly desired
