- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of SEO savvy content writers
- Plan, execute and implement successful content and digital marketing strategies
- Join the destination for digital talent as we embark on our next phase of growth
Reporting to the Head of Fulfilment, you will lead a team of Digital Marketing Copywriters across the content division. Offering coaching and career support to the team, whilst ensuring we continue to deliver market leading content solutions to our clients.

- Reporting the business unit performance & managing to the Content department budget & forecasts
What you will have/be
- An experienced people leader who has built high performing content/copy-writing (or similar) teams in digital
- Strong track record in execution & implementation of successful content & digital marketing strategies
- Exceptional understanding of SEO copy-writing & content marketing
- Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to manage priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent people skills with the ability to influence cultural & organisational change whilst empowering and motivating a team
