In this varied role you will be responsible for providing clients with effective cost controlled maintenance support, whilst maintaining a level of exceptional product support and service.
 
Your Role

• Respond promptly to all maintenance telephone calls, provide appropriate repair authorisations;
• Review additional work requests against issued maintenance authorisations;
• Ensure all issued work authorities are effectively cost controlled;
• Process provider repair invoices as required;
• Look to maximise vehicles warranties, including requests on post warranty support on all manufacturers' "product problem" and other premature mechanical repairs;
• Advise clients on maintenance related issues covering their vehicle's contract entitlements and inclusions such as - Tyre Allowance, Roadside Assistance and Accident Management;
• Liaise with authorised repairer to ensure vehicle downtime is minimised;
  Monitor high cost expenditure.

 
About You
To be successful in this role you will have a current MVRI Mechanical License, experience in a mechanical servicing environment (commercial vehicles preferrable) and excellent customer service skills. This role is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday morning work on a rotational basis.
