This newly created role reporting to the General Manager – has arisen as a result of significant growth within Unimet Security.
As a key member of the Unimet Management Team, you will be responsible for managing our Sydney Portfolio across the NSW Region, you will deliver the safe and effective management of operations, protection of our client's premises, assets, personnel, visitors and reputation, which are key priorities of Unimet Security.
You will be accountable for ensuring that all matters relating to service delivery are communicated to all stakeholders in a timely manner, in line with established communication procedures and expectations.
As NSW Operations Manager – you will lead, manage and drive:
Innovation and International Best Practice in the Sydney Portfolio
Superior Client Relationships
Commercial Operations
Actively promoting Unimet's brand and participating in Business Development initiatives
You must be able to demonstrate:

What we are looking for:
Minimum 5 Years Operational Management experience with large teams
Minimum of 3 Years Client Management Experience
Proven customer service experience preferably in the Manpower Sector
Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels including with the senior management
Proven experience in mentoring, coaching and training management and staff.
Current First Aid Certificate
Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with an unrestricted Right to Work in Australia.
Highly Desirable:
Able to demonstrate excellent business acumen and negotiation skills
Able to demonstrate superior client liaison skill
