The University of Sussex is seeking an excellent candidate to join its Financial Operations Team in the new key role of Billing & Accounts Receivable Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in managing accounts receivable and billing teams in a high volume customer focussed environment.
In this role you will be accountable for the quality and service delivery of student finance billing and credit control services provided by Finance and used by the entire University. Shaping the direction and development of the services to meet customer needs; ensuring efficient processing and maintaining a strong control environment.
You will have excellent leadership skills with a proven track record for leading operational teams; be passionate about customer service; have great organisational and analytical skills, possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities and be able to work with staff at all levels inside and outside the organisation. You will have experience in accounts receivable processes and in managing customer service teams alongside a strong financial background.
