UCL STEaPP is seeking an Events Co-ordinator to design, coordinate and deliver a range of internal and external facing events for UCL STEaPP�fs research, policy and education activities. Events will have both an internal and external focus, for example, seminar series, workshops, department away days and large capacity conferences, with audiences incorporating academics, policymakers and industry partners.
Creative and innovative, the successful applicant will have experience of designing and end-to-end project management of events ranging from small-scale internal affairs to large-scale external-facing conferences. Key to success is a professional and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills.
The role holder will demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of the customer-focused nature of this role being ever aware of their position as ambassador for the project, STEaPP and UCL.
