The project aims at incorporating a reduce order technique within and established CFD software to enable the rapid assessment of the effect of geometry to the flow structure.
The student will work in the group of Dr Ruben Sevilla, Professor Oubay Hassan and Professor Ken Morgan.
Eligibility
Academic requirements:
Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Math or related subjects.
Programming experience is preferred.
Residency criteria:
Applications are welcome from International Students on the understanding that the difference between the fees awarded (£4,500) and the international fee rate would be met by the successful candidate.
Funding Details
The studentship covers the full cost of UK/EU tuition fees (£4,500), plus a stipend of approximately £15,000.
