This post is based in the Research and Graduate Affairs team based at the Corsham Court campus of Bath Spa University. The Research Support Office and the Graduate College work closely in supporting the University’s research and postgraduate culture.
About the role
This is an important post which involves coordinating and leading Bath Spa University’s Graduate College professional services and technical team in support of the work of the Research and Graduate Affairs team, which is led by the Vice Provost for Research and Enterprise. The role involves managing the administrative functions of the Graduate College and ensuring it’s continuing development including recruitment, induction and performance management.

About you (requirements)
This is a senior administrative role for an experienced university administrator with successful experience of managing a team and establishing and maintaining effective systems and procedures. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to deal with a variety of people including academic staff, students and campus workers.
